Homeowner Associations

Lake San Marcos is comprised of a variety of smaller communities.  There are condominiums, single family homes and duplexes organized in Homeowner Associations, Property Owner associations, or no associations.  Most homes in Lake San Marcos are subject to Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CC&Rs).  The LSMCA Office can let you know what applies to any property.
